From start to finish, I work closely with clients to make sure that design, specification, and installation of Sky Factory products exceed their expectations.

Specifications are submitted for final review and approval before production. Details are shared with specifiers, buyers, engineers, contractors, and installers during the entire bidding process so that everyone is on the same page and there are no misunderstandings, delivery delays, or engineering and cost changes.

Timing is a critical issue for installing virtual imagery. There are a plethora of delivery challenges including production, transport, and installation. I work directly with everyone involved at this stage to ensure schedule compliance.

Once the product is onsite, I provide professional installation training and oversight as needed, as well as direct factory technical assistance.
